Business Process Optimization Lead

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operational processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory levels to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Develop strategies for efficient inventory planning to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
- Streamline workflows across departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Negotiate carrier rates and manage logistics partnerships.
- Establish new operations systems and processes.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record in inventory management and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
