This role involves responding to technical customer service requests via various channels. You will utilize databases to select the best processing method and explain the solution to the client to resolve inquiries. Accurate records of all inquires and problems handled are maintained.

You will resolve client and/or merchant technical support issues relating to point of service products. This includes standardized responses by utilizing established documentation and processes. You will enter required data into databases while resolving customer issues and achieving established goals and objectives for quality and productivity measures.

  • You will build base knowledge of POS products, policies, customer service procedures, and compliance and association guidelines through on-going training.
  • You will use online manuals as required to understand POS products.

We look for candidates with a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Typically no relevant experience is required but it's preferred that you have previous customer service experience.
