Job Title: Financial Planning and Cost Management Professional

 

Job Description

A key responsibility of this role is to develop and implement detailed financial plans and budgets for new business ventures.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Project Planning and Implementation, Engineering, and Logistics, to gather and analyze critical information for financial projections.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining financial models to forecast future business outcomes.

Another crucial aspect of this role is reviewing and verifying cost calculations and allocations for new products to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.

The selected candidate must also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and coordinate corrective actions.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a finance-related field is required.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in Product Cost Management, Cost Accounting, or Cost Management, with expertise in various cost accounting principles (standard costing, activity-based costing, and cost allocation) and inventory management principles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems is essential.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
