Accounting Professional Needed

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team. As an accounting professional, you will be responsible for various tasks related to accounts payable and accounting support.

  • Monitor accounts payable inbox, obtain invoice approvals, and process vendor invoices.
  • Set up and prepare payment batches, manage payments, and maintain wire templates and payment instructions.
  • Review employee expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, import Property TB activity into Yardi, and reconcile VS source TBs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting support.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Yardi and Yardi Investment Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills.

  • Perform daily tasks as outlined above.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows.
  • Aggregate data from various sources to input into Microsoft Excel reports.
