Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional financial services to our clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Analyze and process bank feeds, ensuring accurate coding of all transactions from each account according to established procedures.
    • Support the end-of-month reconciliation process for client accounts, reviewing weekly uncleared transactions and providing suggested solutions.
    • Conduct credit card reconciliations, creating individual lists for presentation to cardholders.
    • Maintain timely financial reviews, preparing emails to clients regarding routine income or expenses not recorded for the current month.
    • Record payroll transactions for clients, using templates to create journal entries for property due to/from, payroll fees, and corporate payroll.
  • Requirements:
    • Prior experience in accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with Xero accounting software.
    • Understanding of property management accounting practices.
    • Awareness of the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts.
