As a seasoned accounting professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our clients.

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to perform account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking. You will also be responsible for monitoring contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, municipalities, etc.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients. Knowledge of US Taxation is preferred, along with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor contracts and agreements
  • Perform account receivable functions
  • Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis
  • Manage data entry and oversee bank reconciliation process
  • Gather data for the preparation of monthly reports to track company financials
  • Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company books and records
  • Ad hoc tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper
  • Knowledge of US Taxation (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
  • Proactive attitude
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift
