Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective tenants through targeted marketing efforts.

Your primary objective will be to assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements that align with our business objectives and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Engagement: Identify and engage prospective tenants through email marketing campaigns, cold calls, and other strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Lease Negotiation: Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
  • A minimum of five years of related experience is necessary.
  • You must have strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Effective communication and professionalism are crucial in this role.
  • You should be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
