Job Overview

We are seeking a highly-skilled professional to fill the role of Property Administrator, responsible for managing day-to-day property operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and address inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal property condition
  • Manage lease agreements and maintain tenant compliance
  • Oversee financial management, including rent collection and accounts payable/receivable
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote property value
  • Maintain knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Enter and manage data for property transactions, including billing and payment processing
  • Invoice and follow up on payments from tenants
  • Process payroll for maintenance technicians and manage vendor relationships

Requirements:
  • Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to handle tenant inquiries, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure lease compliance
  • Financial & Data Management: Experienced in rent collection, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and managing property transactions
  • Marketing & Tenant Acquisition: Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants
