Key Business Development Opportunities

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to drive our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities, client acquisition, and lead development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to expand business opportunities within the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound activities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (calls, emails, appointments set, pipeline activity) and regularly report on progress.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients to foster business growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM systems, focusing on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Proven success in developing new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
