Key Roles

Strategic Data Analyst

This role involves understanding business needs, transforming data into meaningful insights and developing data-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data transformations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement technical specifications through reports that support decision-making.
  • Use Power BI and SSRS to create dashboards and interactive visual reports.
  • Develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers and views for ETL processes.
  • Document solutions such as data models, configurations and setup.
  • Work on data warehouse development and SSIS/SSRS reporting.
  • Understand current ETL processes and design new systems.

Skills Required:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
  • Experience in BI tools and systems like Power BI, SSRS and SSIS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack.
  • Ability to develop SSIS-based integrations with external data sources via APIs (RESTful, SOAP, JSON, GraphQL etc.) and CSV/flat file downloads.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
  • Yardi knowledge is a plus.
