Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Insights Analyst.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual to work closely with executives and contribute to strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to think strategically beyond routine tasks.

This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to provide quantitative analysis and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various departments to inform business decisions
  • Design reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
  • Create analyses using disparate data sources and large volumes of detailed data
  • Translate complex analysis into easily understandable presentation-quality materials
  • Provide input through business modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting tools to enhance efficiency
  • Support client-facing activities with data-driven insights and recommendations
Expected Deliverables
  • Propose at least 5 new data-driven optimization opportunities per quarter that drive revenue growth or operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a CEO Dashboard covering 95% of key KPIs, updated daily, reducing manual report review time by 15%
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts with a deviation of less than 5% from actual performance
  • Produce cost-benefit analysis reports on at least 3 major initiatives or campaigns per month, including ROI calculations and actionable recommendations
