Remote Healthcare Recruitment Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S. This is a fast-paced, commission-driven environment where earning potential is limitless.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MSP and VMS platforms, compliance, and submission guidelines. They must have access to their own sourcing tools, excellent communication skills in English, and be self-motivated and disciplined.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source qualified healthcare professionals using their own sourcing resources and tools
  • Work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates
  • Utilize their knowledge of healthcare recruitment to identify top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
  • Strong understanding of MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
  • Must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor
  • Must have your own VOIP US phone number/line
Compensation
