We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Specialist to take on the responsibility of making outbound calls to and receiving inbound calls from healthcare providers. The successful candidate will be tasked with answering questions about participation requirements, assistance with registration and login, assessment completion, and scoring results inquiries.
- A valid PRC License is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Bedside / Clinical environment is necessary.
- Preferably with at least 6 months of BPO Healthcare Account experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
