Job Description

This is a part-time recruiting position that requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of recruiting best practices, and the ability to engage candidates in a competitive labor market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for security guard positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified security guard candidates.
  • Reply to posted job ads across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, community groups, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Partner with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure adequate staffing levels for contracts.
  • Assist candidates through the onboarding process, including background checks, licensing, and training compliance.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting, HR, or staffing experience, minimum 2 years preferred (security industry experience a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting.
  • Understanding of city, state, and federal regulations regarding security guards (preferred, training provided if needed).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Sales experience, preferred

  • Part-time, typically Thursday– Saturday 3pm–7pm, Sunday 2pm–6pm, ideally 8:00am to 12:00pm US Mountain Time - Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
