As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and development of recruiters, as well as managing the escalation of assigned recruiters.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyse recruitment trends, results, and insights to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand and implement processes that meet SLA requirements.
  • Communicate process changes effectively to support team adaptation.
  • Lead the development and retention of high-performing teams by establishing clear expectations, accountability, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the delivery of business performance metrics.
  • Monitor team members' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive individual and team performance.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risk or compliance issues.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory level.
  • Must have relevant background with recruitment operations - highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills to predict trends.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models preferred.
