The successful candidate will have a proven track record in talent management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and resourcing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation and implementation of people strategies.
  • Act as a People co-Pilot to the business unit, mentoring and coaching the business head and their team.
  • Coordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit.
  • Proactively challenge the established organizational structure of the customer unit to drive superior performance.
  • Shape the culture to align with Nestlé goals and initiatives.
  • Develop the People Plan and Talent Management agenda for the business unit.
  • Support line managers in delivering key HR processes.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, and their representatives.
  • Provide input on difficult individual employee situations.

Requirements:

  1. At least 8 years of exposure to talent management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and resourcing.
  2. Participation in change projects.
  3. Exposure to working in industrial and employee/labor relations.
  4. Ability to influence and coach leaders.
  5. Experience in contributing to the creation, implementation, and execution of people strategies for a business, function, or unit.
  6. Worked within a matrix environment, achieving results through effective collaboration.
