Job Responsibilities

Ensure that internal & external customers receive the highest level of service experience.
Maintain a professional appearance & manner; greet guests at all times.
Ensure machines are functioning correctly; attend to minor malfunctions and replenish slot tickets.
Attach "out of order" signs to malfunctioning machines and notify technicians and supervisors when repairs are needed.
Proactively interact with slot customers to build positive business relationships.
Circulate through assigned areas and respond promptly to guest concerns and slot machine service calls.
Assist customers with gaming machines and provide directions, information on upcoming events, and other casino services.
Explain various game combinations, payouts, and jackpots accurately.
Attend to machine payouts based on the department payout matrix.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned slot areas.
Safeguard company assets and gaming keys.
Complete sign-in/out sheets for radios/keys.
Ensure compliance with all gaming and company policies and procedures.
Follow all safety guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality within the department and/or company.
Communicate openly with superiors.
Report potential adverse situations such as safety hazards, intoxicated or disruptive guests, slot cheats, or disputes to a supervisor immediately.
Report guest issues to superiors as necessary.
Assist superiors with operational concerns and needs.

Requirements

At least college level education.
Good personality and professional appearance.
Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of gaming machines is desired.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Independent, responsible, and self-motivated.
