Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Utility Asset Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection and analysis of overhead electrical infrastructure to ensure the accuracy and reliability of utility asset datasets.

The Utility Asset Analyst will assist in cataloging utility assets, identifying potential faults and hazards, and contributing to the overall improvement of utility services and reliability.

  • Collect and analyze data on overhead utility assets to ensure consistent, high-quality data collection
  • Identify and document electrical utility equipment, faults, and potential hazards
  • Develop and maintain utility asset datasets to support operational improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a lineman in the electric utility field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills with good written and oral communication abilities
  • Nice-to-have: Working knowledge of national engineering standards, utility construction standards, and best industry engineering practices
