About The Role
  • Meet daily deliverables and contribute to the success of our clients and Citco offices through efficient service delivery.
  • Require a deep understanding of trade capture and data processing fundamentals, enabling you to drive process improvement and automate client activity loading.
  • Must have the ability to follow processes, understand complex financial instruments, and resolve data issues based on an improved understanding of the overall lifecycle of a trade.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of automating and processing client activity/position-related data into Citco's accounting and daily reject processing.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in the daily handover of open tasks.
Qualifications / About You
  • A Bachelor degree with a keen interest in financial services is essential, ideally with 2-3 years of experience in operations processing.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including global markets, OTC security markets, fixed income, and derivatives, will be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, is required.
  • Competencies in technical knowledge, commercial acumen, quality and risk control, decision making, client service, communication, teamwork, coaching, drive for result, and adaptability are necessary.
