JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Junior Analyst Programmer is an entry-level role focused on basic coding, testing,

and documentation tasks under close supervision. This position is designed to develop

foundational technical skills and provide support for software projects, ensuring

smooth project execution while learning industry best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Assist in writing, testing, and debugging simple code following provided

specifications.


• Perform unit testing on basic components and report findings to senior

developers.


• Document code logic, test results, and technical updates for future reference.


• Support the implementation of small tasks within larger software projects.


• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve minor software issues.


• Participate in training sessions and technical discussions to enhance


• programming knowledge.

Core Qualifications and Education


• Education: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Software Engineering, or a related field.


• Work Experience: o 0-1 year of experience in programming or software

development (internship or academic projects are acceptable).

Skills & Competencies:


• Basic knowledge of programming languages (.NET).


• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).


• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.


• Willingness to learn and adopt coding best practices.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Effort & Workload:


• Perform repetitive and simple problem-solving tasks with attention to detail.


• Manage low to moderate workloads within specified timelines.


• Work under close supervision to meet task expectations and deliverables.

Responsibility & Supervision:


• Minimal responsibility; contributions focus on small components of the project.


• Limited responsibility for records and documentation.


• No supervision over people, assets, or systems
