About The Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Meet the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco office's Service Level Agreement
  • Require a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of trade capture and data processing
  • Must have the ability to follow processes and have a fundamental understanding of complex financial instruments
  • Responsible to manage all aspects of automating and processing, via currently supported interfaces, the loading of client activity/ position related data into Citco's accounting and daily reject processing
  • Must able to resolve data issues based on an improved understanding of the overall lifecycle of a trade
  • Work with teams within and outside of Operational Support to identify and implement process improvement
  • Partake in the daily hand over of open tasks
Qualifications / About You
  • You must have a Bachelor degree with a keen interest in financial services. Ideally 2-3 years in financial services with an exposure to Operations processing.
  • You with a STRONG knowledge of financial instruments; global markets, OTC security markets, fixed income and derivatives will be an advantage.
  • You must be comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • You must have competencies in Technical Knowledge and Commercial Acumen, Quality and Risk Control, Decision Making, Client Service, Communication, Teamwork, Coaching, Drive for Result and Adaptability.
