About the Role
  • Design and Implement Training Programs:
    • Create customized training programs aligned with company objectives and employee needs.
  • Conduct Training Sessions:
    • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars across various levels of the organization.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
    • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads:
    • Partner with department heads to identify training gaps and create tailored learning solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the retail or mall industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in designing training content using various tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Training and Development or related credentials is a plus.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is PHP 60,000 - 90,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
