Chief Compliance Officer

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring organizational compliance by developing, implementing, and maintaining policies across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical writing skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities">- Compliance Policy Development & Governance
- Curate and maintain an indexed library of current policies and archived versions.
- Track and enforce review cycles (e.g., annual, biennial) and coordinate timely updates and re-approvals.
- Ensure that all policies reflect current practices and are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and accrediting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or policy management within a healthcare organization.
- Familiarity with Joint Commission, Arizona DHS, and applicable labor and healthcare regulations.
- Strong technical writing and document control skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across teams.
- Proficient with cloud-based document systems and project tracking platforms.
