Job Title: Sr. Genesys Cloud Engineer

The role of the Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer is to design, implement, and maintain a contact center and unified communication platform for clients.

This involves playing a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of global customers.

  • Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, examining, and resolving moderately complex problems with business communication systems.

  • You will also provide complex configuration programming changes support to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities

This job requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in working with Genesys Cloud.

You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems with business communication systems.
  • Provide high-level technical consultation support to customers.
  • Provide complex configuration programming changes support to internal and external customers.
  • Act as a project lead and technical lead as needed.
  • Work with all stakeholders and partners to deliver solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Genesys Cloud.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience of any other telephony platform.
  • Experience of working with multiple industries and use cases.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL model of service delivery.
  • Knowledge of security techniques in PCI and HIPAA environments.
  • Ability to work proactively and plan capacities based on business requirements.
  • Ability to act as a SME for software engineers and business users.
  • Networking skills including TCP/IP, Session Initiation Protocol, WAN understanding, and Telecom CDN knowledge.
  • Strong technical background and good understanding of software architecture and integration capabilities.
