Business Operations Analyst

Job Description:
Ensure that operating subsidiaries under the off-grid portfolio is operating effectively and efficiently. Align goals and coordinate efforts across subsidiaries and corporate shared services. Provide monitoring, oversight and support on business operations and decisions. Manage overall operational risks and safety, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations. Provide support to business development and project implementations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, engineering management, or any related discipline
· At least two (2) years of experience in plant operations and maintenance, business operations, data analytics, planning and forecasting, and risk management
· Knowledge in reporting electric generating unit reliability, availability and productivity
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI and Python or similar programming languages for data pipelines, ingestion, modeling, analysis and reporting
· Understanding of Philippine power industry, energy market and relevant regulations
· Knowledge in contract administration, risk management and regulatory compliances
· Certifications in business process analysis and management of change is an advantage
· Open to travel to off-grid areas based on business needs
