Process Excellence Professional

Job Summary:

The Process Excellence Professional will lead and manage medium-to-complex process improvement projects, ensuring measurable benefits are delivered to the business. This role supports the management of the enterprise process excellence portfolio, manages process excellence engagements, maintains process documentation standards, and works with cross-functional teams to implement process solutions and build continuous improvement capability.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis and design
  • Project and initiative delivery
  • Stakeholder Management and change adoption
  • BPM capability building and knowledge sharing
  • Performance tracking and reporting
  • Process document control
  • Process Excellence as a service engagements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in a mid to large scale organization.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and analysis software (e.g., Visio, Lucidcharts).
  • Knowledge of ISO or other relevant quality standards.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
