Accounting Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to join our team. As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for processing payments and account payables for assigned transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Account Payable Vouchers for non-trade projects, fund transfers, payroll, duties, logistics, marine insurance, other insurance, and other advances to suppliers and rentals.
  • Process payments for non-trade projects, fund transfers, duties, logistics, marine insurance, other insurance, and other advances to suppliers and rentals.
  • Release checks for non-trade transactions.
  • Process BIR Form 2307 for non-trade reconciliations.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, with less than one year of experience in finance or general accounting. CPA certification is an advantage. We encourage fresh graduates to apply.

You should be highly organized, attentive to details, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
