We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to drive process improvements and contribute to the development of solution proposals that enhance business efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a promoter of our company's culture and values.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA engineers to design, test, and implement solutions.
  • Analyze system specifications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support and contribute to the development of project documentation.
Requirements
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of UML diagrams and SDLC frameworks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and familiar with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with project and product documentation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good To Have Skills
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and experience in creating ERDs/UML diagrams.
  • Understanding of workflow management systems and diagramming tools.
  • Experience in handling workflows, policies, and procedures.
