Job Title: Quality Assurance and Control Lead


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) plans to ensure the highest standards of quality in project execution.

  • Prepare and submit QA/QC plans prior to project mobilization, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

  • Compile and present monthly QA/QC reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

  • Supervise a team of QA/QC engineers/architects, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and consultants to resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.

  • Attend project meetings as required, actively contributing to discussions on QA/QC matters and proposing solutions to enhance project outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough inspections to verify compliance with QA/QC standards, recommending corrective actions where necessary.

  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential quality issues before they impact the project timeline or budget.

  • Document non-conformities and recommend corrective actions, ensuring continuous improvement of the QA/QC process.

  • Issue certificates upon completion of QA/QC inspections, verifying that work meets approved standards.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or client, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
