As a senior quality assurance expert, you will lead the quality strategy across teams to ensure the reliability and performance of software products.

You will mentor test engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the testing team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions.
  • Monitoring test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early.
  • Reviewing test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests using various frameworks.
  • Testing complex systems and platforms.
  • Source control management.
