As a Senior QA Automation Lead, you will lead the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

  • Mentor QA engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with company goals. Leadership will define best practices, elevate QA standards, and guide the team in delivering seamless and high-quality user experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining Testing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Automation Framework Development: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Test Coverage Monitoring: Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
  • Quality Metrics Review: Review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Framework Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • QA Engineer Mentoring: Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • Process Excellence: Proactively identify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
  • AI-Powered Testing: Explore and integrate AI-driven testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency, such as intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive defect detection.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
