Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial systems and processes. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow and financial planning, creating rolling 12-month forecasts to guide leadership decisions.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce operational expenses without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial impact and support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare actionable financial analyses and recommendations for leadership, aiding in major decisions such as capital investments and resource allocations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and cost savings.
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail is a strong advantage.
