Financial Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned finance leader is sought to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.

This pivotal leadership role entails leading the company's financial strategy, overseeing financial reporting and budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial management, as well as exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term vision
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to inform business decisions
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Drive cost efficiency, operational improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives to enhance profitability
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and external partners
Requirements
  • Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles (CFO, Finance Director, AVP, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial management principles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to inspire and motivate team members
  • CPA license or MBA degree preferred but not required
