As a seasoned information security professional, you will be part of our dynamic Security Operations Center (SOC) platform support team, responsible for delivering top-notch managed security services to our enterprise clients.

About the Role:
  • You will perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve common network issues using advanced TCP/IP networking skills.
  • Configure, manage, and upgrade Firewall, Intrusion Detection Systems, Internal Vulnerability Scanners, and Intrusion Protection Systems platforms to ensure seamless security operations.
  • Analyze and respond to security events from various sources, including Firewalls, IDS, IPS, AV, and other security data feeds.
  • Interface with customers in a professional and courteous manner to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and drive overall success of managed services.
  • Respond promptly to support tickets and document actions to effectively communicate information internally and to customers.
  • Be available to handle incoming support calls and resolve problems independently or follow established escalation procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate knowledge of network security concepts, information security best practices, TCP/IP networking, Cisco network security products, Fortinet security products, Palo Alto security products, and Juniper/NetScreen security products.
  • At least 1 year of experience in information security or networking.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
