Project Secretary Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Secretary to join our team. As the key liaison between various professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring multiple projects move forward smoothly.

This role requires someone well-versed in the construction industry with strong communication and follow-up skills. You will work closely with architects, drafters, expediters, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Coordinate and monitor project filings, permits, and approval processes
  • Maintain accurate project timelines and documentations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for various project stakeholders
  • Anticipate potential project delays and proactively address them
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and report regularly
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Ensure all necessary documents and records are up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
