Senior Construction Project Coordinator

The Construction Estimator plays a pivotal role in shaping the scope of work for project management teams and controlling construction costs. This role requires a high level of expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and organize project information to ensure successful constructability.
- Perform Quantity Takeoffs using software like On Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam.
- Assist with construction document review, redlining, and requests for information.
- Create estimates for material, labor, and equipment required to complete projects using Microsoft Excel.
- A degree in construction, engineering, business management/finance/accounting or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience and aptitude.
- Knowledge of construction components and their application.
- Commercial construction experience across multiple trades is highly desirable.
- Experience working with U.S-based clients and utilizing software like AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and Planswift is a significant advantage.
