The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing support interactions according to established standards, utilizing both traditional methods and AI-powered QA tools. This will involve evaluating performance metrics, identifying areas for growth, and developing actionable improvement plans.

Our ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or customer experience analytics, preferably in the Tech or SaaS sector. They should also be familiar with QA platforms that incorporate AI integrations, such as MaestroQA, Zendesk QA, Playvox, or similar.

Additionally, the selected candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML model evaluation frameworks and benchmarks, including knowledge of model behavior and evaluation metrics. They should be comfortable interpreting AI outputs and collaborating with technical teams to fine-tune models.

Our Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in support quality, ensuring seamless collaboration across different time zones. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and effective communication skills.
