As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing our end-to-end data platform built on cloud services.


About the Role

You will lead a team of engineers while collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to provide reliable data access across the business.


Main Responsibilities
  • Owning the design and scalability of the data architecture for both real-time and batch workloads, leveraging cloud-native services.
  • Developing ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines using cloud-based tools and frameworks.
  • Structuring and evolving data into optimized formats to support real-time and time-travel queries for downstream applications.
  • Driving data productization, enabling API-first and self-service access to curated datasets for various use cases.
  • Defining and tracking service level agreements and objectives for critical data pipelines, ensuring high availability and data accuracy in a regulated environment.

Requirements
  • At-least 7 years of experience in data engineering and technology leadership.
  • Deep hands-on experience with cloud data services: AWS Glue, S3, Athena, Lake Formation, DMS, and Redshift Spectrum.
  • Expertise in designing data pipelines for real-time, streaming, and batch systems, including schema design, format optimization, and service level agreements.
