Cloud Data Architect

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Architect to drive innovation in big data technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust and scalable pipelines, ETL processes and data integration solutions.

You will play a critical role as part of a global agile team, working closely with Solution Architects, BI Developers, Data analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Evaluating complex data-related issues and performance bottlenecks is crucial for this position. We require an individual who can evaluate existing processes for improved performance and optimize them accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient cloud-based data pipelines and ETL processes to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-level designs for large-scale data platforms.
  • Develop strategic plans for data warehousing concepts and ETL development.
Qualifications

We require:

  • 4+ years of experience in Python development and cloud architecture.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in data modeling and ETL development using SQL.
  • 1+ year of experience in data level security and cloud compliance.

Prior experience with AWS or Azure is highly desired.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields is required.
