The ideal candidate should possess a licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer degree, minimum 3 years of working experience in the Construction Industry, excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized and assertive, analytical, decisive, keen on details and possesses excellent people/project management skills, and willingness to work in Paranaque City.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. This includes reviewing construction drawings, generating RFIs and RFAs, creating proposals to ensure quality and efficiency of designs/plans, supervising preparation for BOQ and quantity take-off, preparing drawings and documents necessary for utility application, reviewing and evaluating sub-con billings and claims for MEPF works, and monitoring productivity and schedule of admin/subcon manpower.
