About the Job

We are seeking a skilled MEPFS Project Manager Assistant to join our team at Vertical Space Interiors, Inc. This role will provide support to the Project Manager in coordinating MEPFS activities on our construction sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate approved shop drawings and assess actual site conditions to prepare Combined Services Drawings for trade contractors.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager or Project In-Charge to coordinate MEPFS works and resolve any design conflicts that may arise.
  • Inform the Project Manager or Project In-charge of possible delays or changes in schedule due to MEPFS issues.
  • Provide updated instructions to trade contractors after design variations are approved by the Client.
  • Ensure all MEPFS works are coordinated, inspected, and signed-off prior to closing wall and ceiling works.
  • Monitor adherence to work instructions and report findings to the Project Manager or Project In-charge.
  • Collect and validate as-built drawings from trade contractors.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an MEPFS Coordinator in fit-out construction is required, with a specialization in high-end commercial and/or hospitality establishments.
