Megawide is currently seeking an innovator and results-driven MEPF Supervisor who will oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects to ensure quality and efficiency.

Pre-Construction Preparations

1. Meets with clients and peer reviewers to suggest and provide comments on how to execute MEPF works during the design phase for design & build projects.
2. Reviews construction drawings to generate RFIs and RFAs to make changes if needed.
3. Creates proposals and recommendations to ensure quality and efficiency of designs/plans.
4. Reviews and familiarizes with contract scope deliverables for the project and verifies if these are aligned with the construction drawings.
5. Supervises preparation for BOQ and quantity take-off.
6. Prepares drawings and documents necessary for utility application for temporary facilities and for construction.

Preparation of Subcon Billings for MEPF Works

1. Reviews and evaluates sub-con billings and claims for MEPF works.
2. Checks and reconciles change orders on MEPF activities with clients.
3. Submits project accomplishment report of MEPF to planning engineer for client billing.

Execution and Monitoring of Activities

1. Supervises all activities for all trades of MEPF accomplishment and ensures timely delivery of output.
2. Provides catch-up schedule and strategies when needed.
3. Checks and evaluates material and site request forms.
4. Supervises and responds to all technical difficulties that may arise during project execution, in coordination with consultants and designers.
5. Monitors productivity and schedule of admin/subcon manpower.
6. Maintains project site continuous power and water supply to avoid hampering operations.

Job Qualifications:

1. Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Construction Industry.
3. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; highly organized and assertive.
4. Analytical, decisive, keen on details and possesses excellent people/project management skills.
5. Willing to work in Paranaque City.
