Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with booking travel arrangements and ensuring the accuracy of booking details and itineraries
  • Providing advice and recommendations on travel destinations and activities
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to travel bookings
  • Achieving performance targets related to customer satisfaction and sales conversion
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is a plus but not required
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and work well independently or as part of a team
