Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to travelers via phone, email, or chat
  • Book flights, hotels, and cars using GDS systems
  • Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS systems
  • Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
  • Proficient in using GDS commands to book and manage travel arrangements
