Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
- At least 18 years old
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work on site and adapt to shifting schedules
- Fully vaccinated
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
