Job Summary

  • We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to support our business operations in Bacolod City. This strategic role will involve advising senior leaders on human resources management and driving effective HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance to business leaders on all aspects of human resources, including employment legislation, talent management, and performance development.
  • Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies and programs that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional development.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support for Complex Matters: Provide hands-on support for complex HR issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary proceedings, and terminations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform HR decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and talent management principles.
  • Skillset: Strong business acumen, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
  • Certifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
