
Remote Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or supervisors
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Experience using help desk software and other remote support tools
