Job Summary

The ERP Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Acumatica ERP projects. This position works closely with the Project Manager to coordinate project activities, provide client support, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning, execution, and tracking of ERP implementation projects.
  • Assist the Project Manager in scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients.
  • Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and update dashboards as necessary.
  • Prepare status reports and escalate potential risks or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
