Job Title: ERP Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite professional to support and optimize our enterprise resource planning environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in a key role, utilizing their expertise in customizing and maintaining our ERP system to maximize efficiency and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customization & Optimization: Improve and maintain PDF/HTML formats and document templates to enhance user experience.
  • System Configuration: Manage saved searches, workflows, dashboards, roles, and permissions to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Training & Support: Provide day-to-day support, answering staff questions, troubleshooting issues, and conducting user training sessions to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and implement solutions to improve overall system efficiency.
  • Integration & Reporting: Support and manage potential third-party integrations as well as leverage Excel and NetSuite tools for reporting, data analysis, and integration tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite customization, saved searches, workflows, roles, and permissions.
  • Background in accounting, finance, or operations preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, integration work).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for documentation, user training, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Experience with third-party platform integrations is a plus.
