  • Reviewing security documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinating with external parties for proper filing
  • Maintaining detailed records and verifying documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial services or related industries
  • At least 2 years' experience in handling US Loan tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of liens and closing documents is beneficial
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English with clarity and good diction
  • Great time management abilities and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in using customer communication and task management programs
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services
